Our Middleweight Cordura® outer suit is built with the most durable fabric used in the bike industry that is still above an MVTR, or Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate, exceeding 8,000 g/m²/24. In other words, this fabric will still function decently well in rides upwards of 90º.

The material consists of 70% Cordura® Nylon, 20% PET, 10% Elastane, all mixed and overlaid in a square twill weave.

This outer suit is perfect for all-around biking that involves both intensity and desired breathability. The Cordura® blend material is one of the industry’s most high-end fabrics and maximizes for durability. Vents are installed on the inner thighs, groin area, armpit area, and upper ribs.

This suit is built to handle almost any 2-wheel sport outside of the extremes (e.g. hot-weather XC riding or motorcycle street racing). This kit is perfect for non-race-pace downhill mountain biking and enduro dirt bike riding.

Our double cinch design and baggy build allows for almost any body type.

Our Heavyweight Kevlar® Outer Suit is designed with the most durable jersey and pants in the bike industry. Our 450GSM Kevlar LSJ Fleece material is maximally abrasion resistant and durable – this is the same material used by world-tier motorcycle racers.

This is the ultimate fabric for raw durability, with an ability to withstand 120,000 Martindale cycles.

This suit is meant to be used for intense motorcycling, dirtbiking, Surron riding, and downhill park riding. Vents are installed on the inner things, groin area, armpit area, and upper ribs. Worth noting, this heavyweight suit prioritizes sheer durability over breathability.

The ideal temperature range for optimal comfort in action is 35ºF to 75ºF. Our double cinch design and baggy build allows for almost any body type.

Our minimalistic two-garment inner kit is all-encompassing (most riders currently have an assortment of different knee pads, padded shorts, elbow pads, etc. of different sizes, comfort levels, and brands).

Our armor is completely custom fit – another quality that zero other pads in the industry offer. This not only wholly stops pad shifting, but is far more comfortable.

Protection:
Our all-encompassing protection is solely comprised of what is currently the industry’s highest impact-absorbing material:

• 15mm layer of polyurethane Elastopan® armor
• CE EN 1621 Level 2 certification
• Average transmitted force: 6.1 kN
• Peak transmitted force: 8.4 kN
• Absorption ratio: 8.1:1 (89% of the impact energy).
• 3 times more impact-absorbing than CE Level 1 pads

Not a single pad in the mountain bike industry outperforms our impact absorption strength. Additionally, our pads are designed to protect the key vulnerable areas that almost all other pads miss (e.g. the knees’ sides and the loins).

Fabric:
Our padded garments are made with the industry’s most fitted, comfortable, and breathable inner fabric:

• 100% Lycra® (Elastane Blend)
• Thinned Weave – 140 GSM
• Layered with Poron® foam for comfort on bare locations (e.g. knee)
• MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate): Above 15,000 g/m²/24
• Statistically rated as the #1 most breathable athletic fabric
• Tear Strength: Above 40 N

The inner fabric is designed to hold the pads in place so that they remain comfortable and breathable while also being durable and tear-resistant.

Most pads are made of a mixture of 10+ frequently irritating materials. Velcro straps cut circulation, fabric choices prevent movement and irritate the skin, completely padded vests are bulky and uncomfortable, or fabric constantly gets too hot. Our kit is uniquely minimalistic and designed explicitly with function in mind.

Our fabric choice eliminates all key pain points, using the most comfortable premium fabric on the market. No itchy fabrics, no cotton, no complex materials, no straps, no belts, no plastic.

The pads inside this inner fabric are washable (without removal) and removable if desired for a lighter ride.

D3O pads, though they offer less raw protection than our in-house CE Level 2 Pads, have maximized impact-to-thickness absorption ratios. The D3O LP2 Pro range utilizes the latest material innovation from D3O which offers increased ventilation.

CE certified to level 2 across ambient, wet and cold conditions, the D3O LP2 Pro pads, building on the tri-ventilation technology used in the LP1 range.

Our fabric (nylon-polymer and cotton blends) maximizes comfort but still handles minor abrasion resistance. This shirt works for both day-to-day use and lighter rides.
